The California Highway Patrol reported that two people were killed and three other people seriously injured in a rollover car crash along SR 94 near the intersection of College Grove Way in San Diego this past Sunday morning. The CHP suspects that this early morning SR 94 car accident may have involved underage drinking. The Ford Mustang spun out, went off an embankment and rolled over several times, ejecting the driver and four passengers. None of them were wearing seat belts.
The San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office has not yet released the identities of the victims.

UPDATE: The California Highway Patrol has identified the victims of this car wreck and have confirmed that a third victim has died from their injuries. Julio Ruelas, 22, and Ramon Garcia, Jr., 19, both of San Diego, died at the scene of the crash. The third victim, Lucia Lopez, 17, died Sunday afternoon at the hospital.
