Vista Rollover Car Crash Kills Motorist
25-year-old Brendan James Castro of Oceanside was killed in a fatal car crash that occurred on December 27, 2011, around 5 a.m. on Gopher Canyon Road near Vista Valley Drive. According to county Medical Examiner's Office, Castro was driving at a high rate of speed when he lost control of his vehicle. The car crossed the road, went airborne, and struck two trees before overturning.
Castro suffered life-threatening injuries and was pronounced dead at the accident scene. life. Castro was an active duty member of US army.
If it is found that there was a loss of control due to a vehicular malfunction, then the auto maker may be held liable for this accident. 2011, around 1:19 p.m. near the 5100 block of Santa Fe Street in Clairemont on I-5. According to California Highway Patrol Sgt. Steven Toth, the truck went out of control, crashed into a nearby fence, and came to rest on Santa Fe Street.
The injured person was immediately transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. California Highway Patrol officers closed the highway after the car accident and later reopened it around 3:00 p.m. It is not clear as to what caused this car accident and the investigating officers need to find out what made the victim lose control of the car and collide with several trees. 
Rebecca and Joshua were in a 2008 Honda Civic and Adrian Villanueva, Jr., 25, of San Diego, was driving a 2008 Toyota Tundra. The car wreck between the two vehicles occurred around 2:35 a.m when they collided head on and one vehicle flipped over.. Adrian suffered a broken right wrist and left collarbone. Investigations are on to determine the cause of the collision as to who was going the wrong way on the freeway and also to rule out if Adrian was drunk.
