Two Injured In Escondido Car Accident
Two people sustained serious injuries in a four-vehicle car accident on the east side of Escondido on September 12, 2010 around 1:00 p.m. According to Escondido Police Lt. Jim Stuard, the car crash occurred on East Valley Parkway at the intersection of Hidden Trails Road.
Passersby told the police that two people in the car were unconscious. The roadway to Valley Center remained closed after the auto accident. From the available facts, it is unclear what caused this traffic collision. However, it cannot be ruled out that it might have occurred due to a mechanical failure, bad condition of the road, or the loss of control by one or more of the drivers.
If it is found that this car accident occurred due to the negligence of either driver, then he might be held liable to compensate the injured victims for their medical costs, lost wages, and other related damages.
We hope and pray that all those hurt in this car crash recover to their complete health soon.
