Two People Killed In Muscoy Two-Vehicle Crash

Two men were killed in a severe two-vehicle crash that took place on April 21, 2012, around 2 p.m. on Cajon Boulevard north of Ogden Street in the Muscoy area of San Bernardino. According to the San Bernardino County coroner, two men between ages 25 and 35 were found dead inside a 2004 Camry.

According to police, the Camry driver lost control of the vehicle and was broadsided by a 2006 Honda Pilot. From the present facts, it is unclear as to how this traffic collision occurred. Was there a loss of control? Was the driver drunk or distracted?

At this time, the victims’ family members should immediately seek counsel from an experienced San Bernardino County car accident lawyer who would educate them about their legal rights.

If it is found that the Camry driver was reckless, then to the passenger’s family may be entitled to compensation through a wrongful death claim to cover funeral and burial costs, loss of anticipated earnings, loss of love, care and companionship, and other accident related damages.

Our law office sincerely hopes that the injuries sustained by the victims heal soon.
