Murrieta Rollover Car Crash Injures Five, Including Four Children

Five people, including four children, sustained injuries in a solo-vehicle rollover crash that occurred on December 31, 2011, around 3 p.m. near Murrieta Hot Springs Road on Interstate 15(I-15) in Murrieta. According to the California Highway Patrol, the SUV in which the victims were travelling, went over a concrete divider and finally came to rest in the center median.

Two children suffered serious injuries and were taken to Inland Valley Regional Medical Center. One adult and two other children suffered moderate injuries and were immediately transported to Palomar Medical Center.

It is unclear what led to this serious rollover car wreck. If it is found that there was a loss of control due to a vehicular malfunction, then the auto maker may be held liable for this accident. Meanwhile, the victim’s family members should immediately seek counsel from an experienced Riverside County car accident lawyer who would educate them about their legal rights.

The victim’s family members may file a personal injury claim to obtain compensation to cover medical, hospital and treatment cost, and other accident-related damages.
Our personal injury law office hopes that the injuries suffered by all the victims heal soon and do not prove fatal.
