Temecula Car Accident Kills Murrieta Man
24-year-old William Lloyd Mason was killed in a solo vehicle crash that occurred on December 17, 2011, around 1 a.m. on Jefferson Avenue in Temecula. According to the Riverside County Sheriff-Coroner’s office, Mason lost control of his compact sedan car and drove off an embankment into a parking lot in the 27400 block of Jefferson Avenue near Winchester Road.
Mason suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the accident scene. If it is found that the vehicle lost control due to an auto malfunction, then the automaker may be held liable for victim’s wrongful death.
Regardless of the reason of the accident, the victim’s family members should immediately seek counsel from an experienced Riverside County car accident lawyer who would educate them about their legal rights. This lawyer will help them obtain timely compensation to cover funeral and burial costs, loss of future earnings, loss of love, care and companionship, and other accident-related damages.
