Fatal Vista Car Crash Kills Marine

A 25-year-old Marine was killed in a tragic car accident that occurred on December 20, 2011, around 5 a.m. on Gopher Canyon Road in Bonsall. According to the California Highway Patrol, the Marine lost control of his 1998 Chevrolet Camaro, went into a spin, skidded off the roadway, and smashed broadside into a tree near Vista Valley Drive. The driver suffered life-threatening injuries and was pronounced dead at the accident scene.

From the available information, it is unclear what led to this fatal crash that claimed one life. However, loss of control due to an auto malfunction or bad condition of the road cannot be ruled out. A detailed investigation will yield the real cause of the accident.

Meanwhile, the victim’s family members should immediately seek counsel from an experienced San Diego County car accident lawyer who would educate them about their legal rights.

Our personal injury law office sends sincere condolences to Marine’s family and friends.
