Driver Thrown Out of Vehicle in San Bernardino Car Accident

An unidentified motorist suffered serious injuries in a car wreck that occurred on October 24, 2011, around 7:27 a.m. on Old Cajon Road. According to California Highway Patrol, the vehicle that the victim was driving went 10 feet over a berm at Kenwood Avenue and Cajon Boulevard.

Tragic Fontana Car Accident Kills Four Teens

18-year-old Javier T. Contreras, 16-year-old Rebecca Garci, 18-year-old Pedro Rivera and 18-year-old Raquel Garcia were all tragically killed in a fiery car wreck that occurred on October 23, 2011, around 1:08 a.m. at Foothill Boulevard and Lime Street in Fontana.

According to Fontana police the four teenagers were traveling east on Foothill in a Chrysler Sebring when Contreras lost control and crashed into a train trestle. The car immediately went up in flames. Contreras and Raquel Garcia were pronounced dead at the scene.

Paramedics responding to this serious car wreck took Rebecca Garcia to Kaiser Hospital where she was later pronounced dead. Rivera was taken to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center where he was also pronounced dead later.

According to the Riverside County coroner, the victim was traveling on the freeway overpass when the car came off the road, overturned, and landed on the street below.

32-year-old Glen Lively suffered serious injuries in a Victorville hit-and-run car accident that occurred on September 25, 2011, around 3:04 p.m. near a Wal-Mart store about a mile east of Interstate 15 (I-15). According to San Bernardino County sheriff's officials, Lively was driving west on the Bear Valley Road when a tan or gold Camry or Volvo.
