Palm Desert Solo Car Accident Injures 4 Passengers
Four people including two children suffered serious injuries in a Palm Desert car rollover accident that occurred on August 27, 2011, around 12:30 p.m. on eastbound Interstate 10 (I-10) between Cook and Washington streets.
According to the responding officers, the impact of this solo vehicle wreck was so strong that the driver was thrown out of the car. Another passenger in the car suffered critical injuries and had to be extricated out of the wreck by the fire officials. Two children in the car suffered minor bruises and scratches.
All four injured victims were immediately transported to a nearby hospital to receive medical treatment. Based on the limited information provided in news accounts of this accident, the cause of the accident is not clear. This accident raises a number of questions about what happened, why, and who was responsible.
Regardless of the facts, the injured victims should consult with a Riverside County personal injury attorney who can hire a trained private investigator to find out how the accident occurred and to determine if there are any facts which would suggest that the accident was the cause of someone else’s negligence.
Our personal injury law office sincerely hopes that the injuries suffered by the accident victims do not prove fatal.
