Ventura County Car Accident Sends Two People to Hospital

A multiple-vehicle collision left two drivers injured on July 20, 2011, around 8:08 p.m. at the intersection of South Las Posas Road and East Pleasant Valley Road south of Camarillo. According to the investigating officers, two pickups and a sedan were involved in this serious three-vehicle wreck. One of the pickup landed in a ditch at the intersection and the second pickup stopped on the shoulder of South Las Posas Road.

The injured victims were immediately transported to a nearby hospital to receive medical treatment for the injuries suffered. This news report offers very few details about what caused this injury crash. There are several questions here. Who caused the accident? It would be interesting for the investigating officers to determine whether any of the drivers was driving under the influence of alcohol or any other drug. Though the investigation is in process, the victims should consult with an experienced Ventura County car accident lawyer who would assure that they obtain timely and fair compensation to cover cost of hospitalization, medical costs, loss of wages, and other accident-related damages. A detailed investigation will help the investigating officers determine exact cause of this auto accident.
