Woman Suffers Injuries In Riverside Car Accident
An unidentified female driver suffered critical injuries in a car accident that occurred on May 10, 2011, along Canyon Crest Drive in Riverside. According to the responding California Highway Patrol Officers, the driver lost control and hit an electric pole near El Cerrito Drive south of UC Riverside due to unknown reasons.
Riverside Police Lt. Art Flores told reporters that the woman had to be removed from the vehicle by the fire rescue crew. The woman suffered serious burns and broken legs. She was immediately transported to Riverside Community Hospital for treatment. It is not clear as to what caused the accident and if there was another vehicle involved and responsible for this traffic accident.
The treatment and damage control will cause a major financial dent. The injured woman should seek counsel from an auto accident lawyer serving Riverside County to learn about her legal rights and options, as well as get the justice and the financial compensation she deserves.
