Riverside Man Killed In Red Light Car Accident

Stanley Helms, 64, was killed in a fatal Riverside car accident that occurred on April 2, 2011, around 2:27 p.m. at the intersection of Arlington Avenue and Cooper Lantern Drive in Riverside County, approximately 90 miles from San Diego.
