Woman Seriously Injured in Los Angeles Traffic Collision
A 60-year-old woman was left seriously injured in a Los Angeles County auto accident.
The injured woman, Linda Bissegar, was on her way to the church, along with her husband and grandson, when the Toyota Sienna minivan they were in crashed into a truck. The crash caused an explosion. Reportedly, the brakes of her minivan failed to work despite the woman’s repeated tries. Bissegar broke her feet in the process and had to be carried out. Her husband and grandson managed to crawl out of the car.
Our office wishes Bissegar a quick recovery. We hope that a complete and thorough investigation is done by the authorities to find out the cause of the crash. If the problem resides in the model, then it would be in everyone’s including Toyota’s best interests to have this recalled.
