Teenager Killed in Fatal Malibu Car Crash

A teenager was crushed to death on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu on April 3, 2010. The fatal Los Angeles County car accident took place shortly after 5 p.m. near Point Dume.

The victim,13-year-old teenager Emily Rose Shane, was crossing Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) when she was struck by a speeding car driven by Sina Khankhanian. The driver has been booked under the charges of suspected murder. After the tragic incident, PCH was closed for 24 hours in the wake of investigations being carried out by the authorities.

We forward our condolences to the family of the young teenager and pray that her soul rests in peace. It is ironic that when we are so full of dreams, life presents us with such atrocities. Drivers need to be more careful and keep a constant lookout for pedestrians. Pedestrians are extremely vulnerable to serious injury and even death if a driver is not paying attention.
