Los Angeles Car Accident Leaves Pedestrian Dead

A pedestrian lost his life in a Los Angeles car accident that occurred on April 11, 2010 around 3:15 a.m. The accident took place on Western Avenue and Pico Boulevard.

Reportedly, Atlanta resident Jasen Jack was southbound on Western Avenue in his 2008 Dodge Caliber when it ran off the road and banged into a traffic pole. The pole hit the victim who was standing on the corner of the Western Avenue and Pico Boulevard. He felt the full force of the crash and died on the spot. The driver has been arrested on charges of DUI.

Our office wishes to extend our sincere and heartfelt condolences to the friends and family of the deceased. It is really tragic losing someone you love when it’s no fault of their own. The guilty person should be prosecuted and convicted of driving under the influence.
