San Diego Roll-over Car Accident Kills Two

Two people were fatally injured in a San Diego roll-over auto accident that took place on Tavern Road in Alpine around 5 p.m. The car accident happened on April 16, 2010.

Reportedly, their SUV lost control and skidded off the road on Interstate 8 (I-8). The vehicle rolled over a few times before it came to a halt in the median. The victims died on the spot.

We are sure that they have many questions about why their loved ones lost control that afternoon. Every day we hear so many people losing their lives to tragic auto accidents. Baldwin County Auto Accident Kills Woman

A 31-year old woman lost her life in a fatal Baldwin County, GA car accident that happened on April 12, 2010 around 5 a.m. The auto accident happened near Milledgeville.

The victim, Rita Rose of Warthen, was driving along Highway 49 near mile marker 8, when she was hit by a semi-truck that was in the opposite lane. Reportedly, a tractor trailer caused the accident as it came over the hill and crashed into two cars, one of them being the semi-truck. The other drivers received minor injuries but Rose lost her life.

San Clemente Hit and Run Car Accident Kills Man

A hit-and-run car accident in San Clemente left a 26-year old man dead and his five-year old son injured. A 1993 Chevrolet Camaro rear-ended a 2004 Ford Explorer making it overturn. The man driving the SUV died on the spot and the son was taken to a local hospital. The Chevrolet driver deserted the accident scene but was apprehended later by Border Patrol K-9 unit. The Chevrolet driver, a 43-year-old male, was arrested near the San Onofre State Beach area. He has been charged for multiple felonies.

Valley Center Head-On Car Accident Kills Two San Diegans

A head-on car collision on April 18, 2010, between a 2002 Nissan Altima and 2004 Mercedes left both the drivers dead. The crash occurred at 4 a.m. on Old Castle Road, east of Champagne Boulevard. Nissan Altima driver has been identified as a 32-yearold woman from Oceanside named Michelle Santos. She was returning from work when her car suddenly drifted towards the oncoming lane and struck the 2004 Mercedes.

The Mercedes driver’s identity was yet to be established. She was a 65-year old Fallbrook woman. Both the drivers were not under alcohol or drugs at the time of the auto accident but the Mercedes driver was not wearing the seat belt.

San Diego Hit and Run Auto Accident Kills Alpine Man

A young Alpine man recently lost his life in a San Diego County pedestrian accident when he was struck by a hit and run driver. The auto accident happened on State Route 94 (SR-94) near Jefferson Road in Jamul. The young man, identified as Jonathan Michael Ulmer of Alpine, was 21 years old. He is survived by his mother.



A passing motorist noticed Ulmer lying on the highway around 3 a.m. According to California Highway Police, there were no witnesses to the accident. The authorities are still investigating the accident.

Our office wishes to offer our sincere condolences and heartfelt prayers to Ulmer’s friends and family. They must have a number of questions after their child was struck by a hit and run driver and no witnesses existed. Losing someone you love is never easy but not having them with you because of someone else’s fault is really tough. Los Angeles Car Accident Leaves Pedestrian Dead

A pedestrian lost his life in a Los Angeles car accident that occurred on April 11, 2010 around 3:15 a.m. The accident took place on Western Avenue and Pico Boulevard.

Reportedly, Atlanta resident Jasen Jack was southbound on Western Avenue in his 2008 Dodge Caliber when it ran off the road and banged into a traffic pole. The pole hit the victim who was standing on the corner of the Western Avenue and Pico Boulevard. He felt the full force of the crash and died on the spot. The driver has been arrested on charges of DUI.

Woman Seriously Injured in Los Angeles Traffic Collision

A 60-year-old woman was left seriously injured in a Los Angeles County auto accident.

The injured woman, Linda Bissegar, was on her way to the church, along with her husband and grandson, when the Toyota Sienna minivan they were in crashed into a truck. The crash caused an explosion. Reportedly, the brakes of her minivan failed to work despite the woman’s repeated tries. Bissegar broke her feet in the process and had to be carried out. Her husband and grandson managed to crawl out of the car.

Our office wishes Bissegar a quick recovery. We hope that a complete and thorough investigation is done by the authorities to find out the cause of the crash. If the problem resides in the model, then it would be in everyone’s including Toyota’s best interests to have this recalled.

Teenager Killed in Fatal Malibu Car Crash

A teenager was crushed to death on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu on April 3, 2010. The fatal Los Angeles County car accident took place shortly after 5 p.m. near Point Dume.

The victim,13-year-old teenager Emily Rose Shane, was crossing Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) when she was struck by a speeding car driven by Sina Khankhanian. The driver has been booked under the charges of suspected murder. After the tragic incident, PCH was closed for 24 hours in the wake of investigations being carried out by the authorities.

We forward our condolences to the family of the young teenager and pray that her soul rests in peace. It is ironic that when we are so full of dreams, life presents us with such atrocities. Drivers need to be more careful and keep a constant lookout for pedestrians. Pedestrians are extremely vulnerable to serious injury and even death if a driver is not paying attention.

California Man Loses Life in Fatal Virginia Car Accident

An 18-year old California man lost his life in a Virginia car accident that happened at the Gideon Drive and Dale Boulevard intersection in Woodbridge, VA on April 6, 2010. The fatal accident occurred around 9:30 p.m.

The victim, Jose Chavez of Shafter, California, was struck by a privately operated bus as he was crossing the road. He then became trapped beneath it and was dragged some 50 feet. Chavez soon succumbed to his injuries. Chavez had recently arrived in Northern Virginia from California to visit relatives and to look for a job.

Anyone who is one the road--be it a driver, a bicyclist, or a pedestrian--must make every effort to be careful and aware of the road traffic. Four People Injured in Los Angeles Auto Accident

Four people were injured in a Los Angeles auto accident that involved a bus, a truck, and a car. The accident occurred at Sierra Madre Boulevard on the 210 Freeway on March 30, 2010 around 6 a.m.

The case is still under investigation and as of now not much information has been received. The accident had a semi-truck, a Southland Transit bus, and a car crashing on the freeway causing the cab of the truck to separate from its’ trailer and roll down the edge of the interstate. The semi-truck driver was critically injured and taken to an area hospital, as were the other two drivers. Another motorist also faced minor injuries.

Our office wishes all the drivers good health and hope that they recover quickly. We also anticipate the investigation to finish soon so that the cause can be known to all and preventive measures be undertaken, if need be.
