San Diego Car Crash Kills Sailor

A 24-year old sailor, died in a fatal San Diego car accident after his 2010 Chevrolet Camaro crashed into a parked vehicle on Torrey Pines Road near Princess Street at about 12:45 a.m. on March 14, 2010.

The man was westbound when he failed to negotiate a curve and his car came off the roadway crashing into a parked vehicle. Was it a mistake on the driver’s account or some defect with the vehicle is yet to be determined. The identity of the man could not be verified but it is certain he was on active duty aboard the USS Milius at 32nd Street Naval Station, San Diego.

Our office wishes to offer prayers and condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
