Update on San Diego Bicycle Accident Caused by Drunk Driver Suspect

Earlier this week we posted this story about a bicycle rider who was hit by a car on Balboa Avenue near Charger Boulevard in the Clairemont of San Diego. The cyclist was taken to the hospital with a chipped tooth and a cut on his forehead.

At first, it was believed that the driver was under the influence of drugs. However, now it is suspected that he was drinking and driving.
